Ingredients
- Onion- 2 Medium No
- Potato - 6 Medium Potato
- Green Chilly- 4
- Turmeric Powder- 1 tsp
- Coconut Milk Powder - 4 Tbsp to make the First Milk
- 1/2 Cup Thick Coconut Milk ( Second milk )
- Oil -1 tbsp
- Mix 4 Tbsp of coconut milk powder with 1 1/2 cups of water
- Cut each potato into 8 pieces.
- Cook Potatoes , 2 onions, green chilly , ginger, salt in cooker with the coconut milk made in the above step ( step 1) to 4 whistles.
- When the potatoes get fully cooked ,add the 1/2 cup thick coconut milk to the cooked potato , with turmeric powder. Mix for 2 minutes.
- Add oil and garnish with Curry Leaves.
