Ingredients
- Paneer - 300 grams
- Onion - 2 big
- Ginger- Garlic Paste - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Green chilly cut into small pieces - 1 tbsp
- Capsicum - 1 No
- Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
- Chilly Sauce-1 tbsp
- Pepper Powder-1 tsp
- Cornflour - 1 tbsp
- Oil 1 to 2 tbsp
- Salt as required
- Water - 2 1/2 cup
- Pour oil in a pan , add ginger-garlic paste , green chilly and saute for sometime.
- After it gets cooked ,add onion, capsicum and saute .
- After Onion and Capsicum gets cooked ,add soya sauce, chilly sauce and saute for 1 minute.
- Add 2 and half cup water to this along with pepper powder, salt and bring to boil.
- After it is boiled , add paneer pieces and let it cook for 5 minutes.
- In the mean while add 1 tbsp cornflour in 1/4 cup of water and add to the cooked gravy after 5 minutes.
- Within 2 minutes, the gravy starts thickening to a paste form . As soon as it start to thicken , remove from flame and garnish with coriander leaves.
