- Tapioca 1 Kg
- Onion Shallots ( Small Onion ) - 10 Nos ( 7 for grinding )
- Grated Coconut - 1 cup
- Green Chilly – 2 or 3 Nos
- Curry Leaves
- Oil as required
- Garlic ( Optional)
- Salt as required
How to Cook
- Grind coconut , green chilly ,onion shallots and keep it aside.
- Pressure cook the tapioca with salt and turmeric powder and keep it aside.
- Add oil in a pan and sauté the rest of the onions and when the colour starts changing ( make sure it doesn ’t turn brownish ) , add the grinded paste into it and sauté for a minute.
- Smash the cooked tapioca and add it to the mixture along with curry leaves.
- Make sure to add salt according to the taste.
- Season with curry leaves .
You can have this as a snack or for dinner with chammandi.
Note: Adding garlic pods to this while making it a paste in mixi is good for digestion.
