Ingredients
- Soya Chunks - 1 1/2 Cups
- Capsicum - 2 Nos
- Onion cut lengthwise - 2 Nos
- Ginger- Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala - 3/4 tsp
- Oil
- Soya Sauce- 3 tbsp
- Tomato Sauce - 6 tbsp
- Coriander Leaves for Garnishing.
- Soak the soyachunks for minimum 5 hours.After 5 hours , drain the soyachunks, cut each soya chunk into 4 pieces.Keep this aside.
- Heat Oil in the pan , add ginger -garlic paste and saute onions till they turn translucent.
- Add Capsicum and saute for 5 minutes .
- Add 1 tbsp of soya sauce, garam masala and saute well till the capsicum gets cooked well.
- Add the soya chunk pieces , 2 tbsp soya sauce and tomato sauce, salt ( 6 tbsp or more as per your taste). Saute for 2 minutes.
- Close the pan and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
- Open the pan and saute for 5 minutes minimum till you get a dry form .
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
