Ingredients:
- Koorkha - 1/2 kg
- Onion shallots- 8 No
- Red Chilly- 4 No
- Turmeric powder
- Salt as required
- Oil as required.
- Curry Leaves
- Cook the koorkha in cooker in 1/2 cup water to 2 whistles.
- Chop the onion shallots .
- Add oil to a pan , when it is hot , add the chopped onion shallots and crushed red chilly. Saute for sometime till the onion turn golden brown .
- Add the cooked koorkha with required salt and cook for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with curry leaves.
- Serve hot with rice.
