Ingredeints :
How To Cook:
- Tomato - 6 Nos
- Onion shallots- 10
- Ginger pieces- 1 tbsp
- Crushed chilly- 1/2 tsp
- Mustard seeds- 1/4 tsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Green Chilly- 2 Nos
- Salt as required
How To Cook:
- Add oil to the pan , when it is hot add mustard seeds and let it splutter.
- Add curry leaves and onion shallots , saute for 2 minutes
- Add ginger pieces and saute till the raw smell goes off.
- Add crushed chilly and saute for a minute.
- Add the tomato pieces , green chilly , salt and curry leaves.
- Saute till the tomatoes becomes mushy.
- Close the pan and cook for 3 minutes.
