Ingredients:
- Tomatoes- 3 No
- Green Chilly- 2 No
- Coriander Powder-1 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder- 1/4 tsp
- Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
- Onion Shallots- 7 No
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds- 1/4 tsp
- Whole red chilly- 1 No
- Curry Leaves- 10 No
- Coconut grated- 1 Cup
- Salt as required
- Oil- 1 tbsp
How to Cook
- Grind the coconut , onion shallots, coriander powder, chilly powder into a very fine paste.
- Add oil to the pan and when it is hot , add the whole redchilly, 3 onion shallots, fenugreek seeds, mustard,curry leaves and let it splutter.
- Add the tomatoes pieces with little salt and turmeric powder and saute for 1 minute.
- Close the pan and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the grinded paste with little water .
- Add salt if required ,when the gravy start to thicken switch off flame.
- Garnish with curry leaves.
