Ingredients
- Beetroot- 1 No
- Mustard Seeds- 1 tsp
- Red Chilly - 2 Nos
- Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
- Pepper powder- 1 tsp
- Salt - as required
- Oil - as required
- Curry Leaves - as required
- Cut the beetroot into thin cubes.
- Add oil to the pan , splutter mustard seeds and red chilly.
- Add the beetroot cubes, turmeric powder, salt , pepper powder .
- Close the pan and cook for sometime ( around 10 minutes ).
- Open the pan, add curry leaves and stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Serve with hot rice.
