Ingredients :
- All Purpose Flour ( Maida) - 1 Cup
- Corn flour- 3 tbsp
- Rice Flour- 1/2 Cup
- Cauliflower - medium sized
- Ginger- Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Kashmiri Chilly Powder - 1tbsp
- Jeera powder- 1/2 tsp
- Salt - ( TIP : Make sure you add a little more than required in the dough so that it sticks well on the cauliflower florets )
- Oil as required
- Curry leaves
- Onion rings for garnishing.
- Lemon drops
- Wash the florets well .Put the cauliflower florets in luke warm water mixed with turmeric water and salt for 1 hour so that it gets cleaned properly.
- Prepare the dough by kneading the mixture with little water .Make sure not to form lumps .
- Mix the cauliflower florets in the prepared dough and keep aside for 1 to 2 hours.
- Deep fry each cauliflower floret .It will be reddish in colour.
- Transfer to the serving bowl .
- Decorate with curry leaves , onion rings.
- Sprinkle lemon drops.
